Pricing & Fees

Immigration Law Fees
1 Visa applications including visitor visas, spouse visas and student visas. We will advise you on the documents required with your visa, prepare the necessary forms, liaise with the Home Office on your behalf and keep you updated on the progress of your application. £1,500.00
2 British citizenship application. We will advise you on the documents required for your application, prepare the necessary forms, liaise with the Home Office on your behalf and keep you updated on the progress of your application. £1,000.00
3 UK work visas including skilled worker visas, temporary worker visas and youth mobility visas. Our fees for these applications range between £1,500 to £2,500 depending the nature of your application and the amount of work that will be required. £1,500 to £2,500
4 Sponsor licence applications. We will advise and assist your business in your sponsor licence applications. £1,500 to £2,500.
5 Civil Penalty Notice. Our fees range from £1,000 to £5,000 depending on the nature of breaches and the number of individuals suspected of working illegally in your business. £1,000 to £5,000
6 Appeals. Where your application is unfortunately refused, we can review the reasons for the refusal, advise you whether you have grounds for appeal. We will prepare your appeal and represent you at the appeal hearing. £2,000.00
