This is a fee that we will agree at the outset of the case and it will remain the same whatever the outcome and work involved. |

No win no fee |

Where possible we can act for you on a no win no fee basis, whereby if you are successful, our fees will be the equivalent of up to 25% of
the compensation or damages you will receive from your opponent. |

We offer a free initial telephone advice to identify the nature of your case and explore the prospects of success. Where it is
necessary to review and consider documents, we shall charge you an hourly rate of £200.00 per hour . We shall advise you from the outset how many
hours will likely be needed to consider your documents. |

For advice on settlement agreement where your employer is contributing to your legal fees, we will not charge you in addition to what your
employer is already contributing, usually between £250 and £500 . However, we may charge an additional fee if your employer is introducing new
restrictive covenants or if you instruct us to advise on the provisions of your contract of employment as these will be outside the remit of a
standard review of a settlement agreement. |
