Your application, properly prepared

Whether you are an employer bringing in workers, a student, or joining family in the UK, most refusals come down to evidence rather than eligibility. We make sure the application goes in complete.

What we do

We advise on visa applications and represent clients in their dealings with the Home Office. We will tell you at the outset whether we think an application is likely to succeed as things stand, and what would need to change if it is not.

  • Visitor visas — including family visits and applications after a previous refusal
  • Spouse and partner visas — including the financial requirement and evidence of a genuine relationship
  • Student visas — including maintenance evidence and sponsor requirements
  • Work routes — for employers bringing foreign workers into a UK business
  • British citizenship — naturalisation applications
  • Sponsor licences — for businesses employing overseas workers
  • Civil Penalty Notices — where a business is accused of employing illegal workers
  • Administrative review, appeals and judicial review — after a refusal

What we handle for you

We advise on the documents required with your application, prepare the necessary forms, liaise with the Home Office on your behalf and keep you updated on progress. Where an application is refused, we advise promptly on whether there is a right of appeal or administrative review, and on the deadline that applies.

How an application runs

Assessment

We go through your circumstances and immigration history and confirm which route fits — and whether now is the right time to apply.

Document list

You receive a written list of exactly what is needed, in what form, and for what period. This is where most applications are won or lost.

Preparation and submission

We complete the forms, prepare a covering submission addressing the rules point by point, and submit with the evidence properly indexed.

Progress and decision

We deal with the Home Office on your behalf, chase where a decision is overdue, and advise on next steps as soon as the decision arrives.

Fees

We publish our fee basis in line with the SRA Transparency Rules 2018. Immigration work is usually suited to a fixed fee, so you know the cost of the application before we begin.

Common questions

Often, yes — but the deadlines are short and depend on the route and whether you are in or outside the UK. Send us the refusal notice as soon as you receive it and we will advise on the options and the time limit that applies.

Yes. Once instructed we correspond with the Home Office on your behalf and keep you updated on the progress of the application.

Processing times are set by the Home Office and vary by route and country. We will tell you the current published guidance for your application and chase if a decision goes beyond it.

Yes. We advise UK businesses on the requirements for employing foreign workers and on what has to be in place before an offer is made.
